30th Dashen Bank Annual Managers’ Conference Underway

The 30th Annual Managers’ Conference of Dashen Bank, attended by the Bank’s Executive Management, District Directors, Area Office Managers, and Branch Managers, is currently underway at the African Union Conference Hall.

The two-day conference, taking place from July 13 to 14, 2026, is reviewing the Bank’s performance during the 2025/26 fiscal year, assessing key achievements and challenges, and discussing strategic priorities, business plans, and performance targets for the 2026/27 fiscal year.

At the conclusion of the conference, recognition and awards will be presented to branches and business units that demonstrated outstanding performance during the 2025/26 fiscal year.
