Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management and/or related fields.

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience

Job Summary

  • Senior Strategy Implementation Monitoring Officer is responsible for providing support in implementing the Bank’s strategy, follow the status and impact of strategic initiatives and communicate findings, successes, and recommendations for strategic adjustments. In addition, the role holder is responsible for developing monitoring frameworks, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

    • Knowledge and experience in modern Strategic management practices to initiate and implement tactical changes.

    • Good understanding or experience of the fields of financial industry development.

    • Extensive use of project management approaches including setting project plans, budgets and schedules.

    • Experience developing linkages and dependencies between strategy and processes for inter-departmental activities and units and developing mechanisms to ensure integrated transformations.

    • Ability to review, interpret and make precise inferences from a wide range of business reports and data, including budgets, financial reports, business intelligence reports.

    • Budgeting and monitoring skills.

    • Project management skills
