Job Summary

- Senior business analysis officer is responsible to support the business users with the formulation of a system or process change within the business activity. The role holder will work closely with the business end users, IT Services, the project team and external suppliers, to ensure that an effective solution is deployed into the estate. The senior officer will support the project during the project life cycle.

Good working knowledge of database management, data analysis and business reporting.
Up to date knowledge of the security and legal obligations surrounding managing data and information.
Experience of proactively managing IT suppliers and contracts.
