Dashen Bank Conducts Third Season Pre-Competition Entrepreneurship Training in Adama

Dashen Bank successfully launched the third season of its Dashen Kefeta Entrepreneurship Pre-Competition Training in Adama. This initiative is part of Dashen Bank’s continuous commitment to boosting entrepreneurship skills across Ethiopia.

In his opening speech, Muluken Demise, Director of Dashen Bank’s Adama District, emphasized the bank’s dedication to enhancing this project, aiming to make a significant contribution to job creation nationwide. He urged trainees and others to take full advantage of the opportunities provided by the Dashen Kefeta Entrepreneurship contest and training.

Fasil Ousman, a representative from the Adama Job Creation and Skills Office, expressed gratitude towards Dashen Bank for its persistent efforts in fostering job creation and developing entrepreneurial skills.

The trainees praised the training content and engaged in discussions with the trainers from the Dashen Kefeta Entrepreneurship Contest, focusing on various relevant topics.

The third season of the Dashen Kefeta pre-competition training has been conducted in Hawassa, Mekele, and Adama. It is set to continue in Bahir Dar, Dessie, Dire Dawa, Wolaita, Jimma, and Addis Ababa over the coming weeks.

Participants are expected to submit entrepreneurship proposals to qualify for the competition, which will take place in Addis Ababa.

Dashen Bank has already successfully completed two seasons of the Dashen Kefeta Entrepreneurship Contest, awarding financial prizes and support to previous winners.
