Dashen Bank Extends New Year Holiday Support to Low-Income Citizens
Dashen Bank has provided New Year holiday support to low-income citizens in collaboration with the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church at the Patriarchate headquarters.
His Grace Abune Sawiros, Chief Administrator of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church General Patriarchate and Archbishop of the South-West Shewa Sheger City Diocese, expressed gratitude for Dashen Bank’s holiday contribution, stating that the church is pleased to have the Bank stand alongside it in helping vulnerable citizens.
Ayele Teshome, Chief Strategy Officer of Dashen Bank, noted that fulfilling social responsibility is a core value of the Bank, and indicated that the support for the New Year holiday is being extended in cooperation with the church accordingly.
Ayele further indicated that Dashen Bank’s holiday support will also be carried out in cities outside Addis Ababa where the Bank’s district offices are located.
