Dashen Bank Introduces Streamlined Fuel Payment Solution for Customers

Dashen Bank has announced the launch of a new service that allows customers to make fuel payments effortlessly through its Dashen Bank Super App. The service, which aims to streamline the payment process at Fuel stations, is now available at selected stations and will soon be expanded to all fuel stations across the country.

Acting Chief Executive Officer of Dashen Bank, Ayele Teshome,  said starting today  Dashen Bank customers can complete their fuel payments in just three clicks using the Dashen Bank Super App.

By logging in, selecting the Fuel Payment option within the Mini App, users have the option to scan a QR code provided at gas stations for a quicker transaction.

State Minister of Transport and Logistics Ministry, Bareo Hassen, on his part commended Dashen Bank’s swift respose  to the request from the Ministry of Transport and Logistics to join the national fuel aggregator application.

He noted that Dashen Bank is the right partner to further foster digital fuel payment through its strong digital capabilities and experiences.

This new digital payment solution is designed to benefit not only drivers but also gas station operators and government authorities overseeing fuel regulations. By transforming traditional payment methods into a secure and modern digital system, Dashen Bank is promoting financial inclusion and enhancing the overall efficiency of fuel transactions.

To modernize the fuel payment system Dashen Bank has integrated its Super App with the fuel aggregator developed by Ministry of Transport and Logistics.
