The project brought together teams from across the Bank to streamline workflows and improve coordination in areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, asset management, and administrative services. By replacing manual processes with a centralized system, the project has significantly improved efficiency, reduced paperwork, strengthened data management, and accelerated organizational decision-making.
The recognition ceremony was attended by Dashen Bank’s Chief Executive Officer, Asfaw Alemu (CM), alongside members of the executive management team. The CEO noted that the project has reinforced the Bank’s institutional capacity while fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
