Qualification
- Bachelor Degree Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related discipline from a reputable university.
- Professional qualification(s) in Human Resources is an added advantage
Experience
Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience.
Job Summary
- Senior Succession & Leadership Development Officer is responsible for conducting activities related to succession, career planning and management process as per the approved policies, procedures and guidelines. The role holder will identify critical positions within the Bank, define the competency requirements, identify high potential candidates and implement succession planning programs in a clear and transparent manner. S/he will also implement career development/management program in the Bank.

- Ability to implement tools and systems to monitor and evaluate succession management programs.
- Knowledge of leading practice, strategies, tools and processes in succession and career management
