Job Title: Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash I Firagezegn IFB Branch

Qualification

Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields

Experience

Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience.

Job Summary

  • The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

    Required Technical Competency

    • Knowledge of various interview techniques and evaluation methods and how to maximize their use.

    • Knowledge and understanding of appropriate employment branding and marketing tools, methods and approaches; and ability to measure effectiveness and reach.

    • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations. 

    • Proficient in the use of social media, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, CV databases and interview techniques
