Job Title:Junior IT Solutions Officer

Qualification

•  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

Experience

At least two (2) years’ post qualification experience within a similar role in a medium or large size private organization.

Job Summary

• Junior IT Solutions Officer is responsible for assisting in identifying, analyzing and documenting of business requirement and participating in the development & implementation of business solutions. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders for successful delivery of business solutions. In addition, the role holder is responsible for assisting in creating & maintaining technical documents & user training manuals. The role holder is also responsible to participate in testing software applications to ensure functionality and performance; troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.

   Understanding of sofware development principles & practices

   Ability to diagnose & troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

   Understands business processes & ability to asess needs.

   Skills in gathering & analysing business requirments to support IT solutions.

  Strong proficiency in Javascrip (ES6+),HTML5,and CSS3

  Unserstanding of RESTful API and integrating front -end application with back end services

  Strong problem-solving skills and ablity to write scalable ,efficient and clean code

  Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data management tasks.

  Familiarity with tools like Git for version control.”
