Job Title:  IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Audit Specialist

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline from a reputable university. 

  • Relevant professional qualification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is an added advantage.
  • Background in the business field is an added advantage

Experience

Minimum of six (6) years relevant experience

Job Summary

• IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Audit Specialist is responsible for the assessment and assurance of Bank’s IT infrastructure and cyber security measures. In addition, the role holder is responsible for evaluating and giving independent assurance on the effectiveness of security controls, identify vulnerabilities, and implement measures to safeguard the Bank’s digital assets.

  • Good knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  •  Understanding of threat intelligence and risk assessment.
  •  Good Knowledge of banking operations and risk based auditing.
  •  Experience in managing audit projects related to IT infrastructure and cyber security.
  • Understanding of internal audit standards, theory, and methodology.
  •  Proficient in identifying and evaluating IT-related risks.
  •  Understanding of the standards of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and ability to fully comply with IIA standards. 
  • Project management skills.
