The 30th Annual Conference of Dashen Bank’s Executive management, district office directors, and branch managers has successfully concluded following two days of high – level deliberations at the African Union Hall.

During the two-day conference , participants conducted a comprehensive review and evaluation of the bank’s performance over the concluded fiscal year. The leadership team also held in-depth strategic discussions to outline and align on the objectives for the current fiscal year.

The conference wrapped up with an awards ceremony recognizing top-performing branches, districts, and management staff for their outstanding contributions to the bank’s success over the past budget year
